Janine Nairn
The owner and Creative Director at Beautiful Spaces Interior Design, she lives and breathes interior design taking great pleasure in creating both innovative and functional designs – each one personal to her clients’ preferred design style. Janine works closely with every client and oversees every step of every project.
Janine’s design philosophy is that our homes should be a reflection of who we are as individuals, our lifestyles and our family needs. Her warm and considerate approach to every design, coupled with exceptional customer care, makes her one of Perth’s most sought-after designers.
Janine’s ability to conceptualise how a space will look its best, creates stunning, high-quality 3D models and renders to provide a visual illustration of the finished project in the early stages of each project. She also prepares industry standard technical drawings, ensuring that the translation of our bespoke joinery designs remain intact when handed over to trades people.
With many years of project management experience, her industry knowledge, networks and processes ensure that every step of our projects are meticulously planned and your project will run smoothly.
Yihui Guo
Never ceasing to amaze us with her incredible technical skills, Yihui works closely with Janine to magically turn her design concepts into photo-realistic three-dimensional renders. This gives our clients a complete understanding of how a space will look and feel, with the opportunity to change elements in the conceptual phase of the project. She also creates detailed technical drawings necessary for spatial planning, joinery elevations, new builds and renovations.
A fully-qualified and experienced interior designer, Yihui has a deep understanding of design styles and adds her own touches to make a space feel inviting and warm.
Robyn West
With extraordinary organisational skills and attention to detail, not to mention years of experience in project management and finance, Robyn is an integral part of our team.
Robyn works alongside Janine as our Scheduler and is responsible for managing the procurement side of the studio. Robyn is in constant contact with our suppliers and organising deliveries and trades.
She also works very closely with all of our clients, keeping them updated on the status of their orders, and making certain that our ordering, delivery and trade scheduling processes run smoothly.
