Design/Decorating Consultation

Get your notebook ready, as we’ll be providing you with on-the-spot professional advice, quick and easy design, decorating, and colour solutions, advice about how bigger issues can be remedied and the ballpark budget you’ll need to undertake your project.  By the end of the consultation, you’ll have a head-full of ideas and an understanding of renovation and decorating costs; all important considerations before embarking on your project.

  • We’ll meet with you on-site for around two hours to learn about what you would like to change, improve and/or enhance. We’ll talk about the challenges you are facing, what your dream home would ultimately look like and how it should function for your family’s unique needs and lifestyle.

Pre-Start Selection Consultation

Your builder's pre-start appointment is one of the most important milestones in your building journey. We're here to take the stress, uncertainty and overwhelm out of the the decision-making process, giving you the confidence to make informed decisions and to enjoy the excitement of building your new home.

Whether you simply need guidance with your colour and finishes selections or would like a comprehensive review of your floor plan, cabinetry, lighting, electrical and data layouts, we'll help ensure every decision works together cohesively to create a home that reflects your lifestyle, needs and personal style.

This service can be tailored to suit your individual requirements, providing as much -or as little - support as you need.

Decoration and Styling Packages

Great interior spaces that feel right and function well don’t just happen by chance. There are a myriad of variables, and design principles taken into consideration and so it makes good sense to use a professional to get it right the first time.

This service includes developing your conceptual design plan complete with scaled 3D renders, a furniture layout plan, colour palette, our suggestions for wall & window finishes, furniture, window treatments, flooring and decor items.

    • See the finished design before you start! Full colour, realistic 3D CAD rendered images will be prepared for you in in your chosen colours and materials.

    • We can prepare the technical elevation (design plans) for your cabinetmaker to use.

    • To make your life easier we can arrange no-obligation quotations from our preferred cabinetmakers.

    • Construction can be project managed through to completion saving you precious time and ensuring the concept isn’t lost in translation.

Renovations & New Builds

From concept to completion, we’ll work closely with you and your builder to translate your vision into a bespoke design and quality finish, that’s as individual as you are.

This tailored service includes working closely with you to create your unique conceptual design, developing the concepts into bespoke solutions, preparing lighting plans and technical drawings, appointing, and if necessary helping you to appoint your preferred builder, selection of fixtures, fittings and lighting, guidance throughout the construction and installation journey, and furnishing your home upon completion.
